1. Service Overview

Proxy is an AI-powered local concierge for Koreatown and Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), operated by Iso Creature LLC. The service provides personalized recommendations for restaurants, bars, events, and nightlife via SMS. By using Proxy, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By texting +1 (866) 876-9696 or providing your phone number through our onboarding flow at justaskproxy.com/start, you consent to receive SMS messages from Proxy, including:

• AI-generated local recommendations in response to your questions
• One-time verification codes during account setup
• Up to 2 follow-up messages if you explicitly consent by replying YES

Message frequency: Varies based on your usage. Proxy is primarily a user-initiated service. You text us, we respond. The only non-user-initiated messages are a one-time verification code during onboarding and up to 2 optional follow-up messages that require your explicit consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to +1 (866) 876-9696 at any time to stop receiving all messages from Proxy. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Proxy. The service is currently available for Koreatown and DTLA. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US carriers.

4. AI-Generated Content

Proxy uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. Recommendations are not guarantees of availability, quality, or suitability. Always verify details such as hours, pricing, and reservations directly with the venue.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Proxy for any unlawful purpose, to send abusive or threatening messages, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to block any phone number that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Proxy are the property of Iso Creature LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Proxy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iso Creature LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Proxy, including but not limited to experiences at recommended venues.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Proxy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or on our website.
